1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 cup shredded white cheddar cheese

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Olive oil, for cooking

4 burger buns

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese

Directions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, spinach, cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. Shape the mixture into 4 firm, evenly sized patties to ensure they hold together during cooking. Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Once the oil is hot, place the chicken patties in the skillet. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and develop a golden-brown crust. Once cooked, transfer the patties to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes. Assemble your burgers by placing the patties on buns with your favorite toppings, such as lettuce, tomato, or an extra slice of cheddar cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy!
