My Chunky Dumpling Salsa That Will Take Your Frozen Dumpling

3 tbsp chopped spring onion

3 tbsp chopped coriander

1 tbsp minced garlic

1/2 tbsp minced ginger

2 tbsp chopped roasted peanuts

1 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds

2 tbsp raw or caster sugar

5 tbsp light soy

4 tbsp rice vinegar

6 tbsp chilli oil (recipe on my feed)

1 tsp toasted sesame oil

Mix well and adjust seasoning as desired. Cook dumplings to your liking and dunk into salsa to enjoy!
