1 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 Tablespoons yeast
1/4 cup warm water
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups raisins
Istruzioni
Scald milk. Pour over salt, sugar, cinnamon, and oil. Cool slightly. Add warm water and yeast. Mix in raisins and then gradually add flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead for 10 minutes. Allow to rise, and then punch down and place dough in 2 greased bread pans. Let rise. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Cover with a sheet of foil after the first 20 minutes of baking if the loaves are browning too fast.
