1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
12 six inch tortillas

Brown the Beef
Heat a skillet over medium heat Add the ground beef and cook breaking it apart with a spatula until fully browned Drain any excess grease
Season the Beef
Add taco seasoning to the beef according to the package instructions Stir well to coat the meat evenly
Prepare Cream Cheese Mixture
In a separate bowl beat the softened cream cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or whisk Blend in the salsa until fully combined
Assemble the Tacos
Lay each tortilla flat Spread a portion of the cream cheese mixture in the center Add a spoonful of seasoned beef then top with shredded Cheddar cheese
Form the Pocket
Fold each tortilla burrito style over the filling to create a secure pocket
Prep for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit Spray a baking tray with cooking spray Arrange the filled tortillas on the tray and brush the tops with melted butter
Bake the tacos for 15 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and crisp
