Chocolate Valentine cookies

Ingredienti

1 C unsalted butter, softened

1 C brown sugar

1 egg

1.5 tsp vanilla

2-1/4 C flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 C cocoa

350 degrees 12 mins

cream butter and brown sugar. Combine rest of other ingredients and slowly add to mixture. Place dough in large ziploc bag and flatten slightly. seal and refrigerate for 2 hours. Let rest on floured surface for 5-10 mins. Roll out to 1/4" thickness and cut with cookie cutters. Bake for 12 mins until set. Sprinkle w/powdered sugar after completely cooled.
