Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredienti

You can go with either chocolate chips,raisins or a combination of both. Light soft brown sugar can also be used or half white and half brown

75 g of sugar

100 g of softened butter

1 med/large egg

100 g of porridge oats

50 g of plain flour

1 tsp of baking powder

100 g of semi sweet or dark chocolate chips

Istruzioni

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl using a hand whisk or a fork. Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg and whisk until combined.

Fold in the dry ingredients and mix to a dough. Roll to balls. 35g is a decent size. I like to chill them in the fridge for about 30 minutes before baking

Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper making sure to have a nice bit of space in between.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 15 minutes or until they reach a light golden color.

Once cool dip in melted dark chocolate 👌🏻
