Crispy on the outside, cheesy and creamy on the inside and packed with flavour from the garlic, parmesan and seasoning. It honestly doesn’t feel like a “diet meal” at all.

The Chicken Base

200g ground chicken breast

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper

Italian seasoning

15g parmigiano reggiano

The Filling

1/4 tsp cooking oil

2 cloves garlic

2 cups spinach

Squeeze of lemon juice

Salt

180g low fat cottage cheese

Dipping

50ml reduced salt tomato sauce

Istruzioni

Bake at 200C or 400F for 25-30min or until golden on top!

Oven or air fryer will work too.
