Curried Chicken Salad

Ingredienti

3 c boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced

1 c celery, chopped

1/2 c apples, unpeeled and sliced

1/2 c seedless green grapes, halved

1 tsp white sugar

1/4 c pecans, peanuts, or cashews, coarsely chopped

1 tsp mild yellow curry powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cider vinegar

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp ground cayenne pepper

1/2 c mayonnaise

Istruzioni

Combine the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until you head out for your picnic. Serves four.
