200g fishcake (Sliced)

1 tbsp Soy Sauce

White onion (Thinly sliced)

1/4 cup carrots (Julienned)

1/2 tspn Sugar

1/4 cup red or green bell pepper (Julienned)

1 tsp sesame oil

Sesame seeds

Istruzioni

1. Heat oil in a pan or wok over medium-high heat.

2. Add onion, stir-fry until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

3. Add fishcake and vegetables. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.

4. Stir in soy sauce and sugar. Cook for another 1-2 minutes, tossing to coat.

5. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
