1 egg
70g egg whites
85g 0% Greek yogurt
15g coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients: 🏜️
30g bread flour
25g cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate whey protein isolate

115g monk fruit sweetener
1 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Optional:
Chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
Istruzioni
Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease or line your brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together all of the wet ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
Add in the flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, monk fruit sweetener, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you get a thick brownie batter with no dry spots remaining.
Fold in optional chocolate chips or chunks if you want them extra fudgy.
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and spread evenly throughout.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, but slightly underbake them for that super fudgy texture.
Let cool for a few minutes, slice up, and enjoy
