Ingredienti

Sauce

3 tbsp sesame paste

3 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp black vinegar

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp grated garlic

1 tsp grated ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp msg

2 tbsp chili oil (less if you don’t like spicy)

1/2 cup hot pasta water

Istruzioni

2 bundles fresh flour noodles

Sauce

Cucumber(Julienned)

Green onion

Crushed peanuts

Chili Oil

Instructions

Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

Boil fresh noodles for 3 minutes making sure to save some of the hot water for the sauce so it is nice and smooth. If you like this dish cold, rinse the noodles under ice cold water.

Combine the noodles with the sauce until fully incorporated. If the noodles seem too thick, add a little more of the hot water from boiling the noodles.

Garnish with cucumber, green onion, crushed peanuts, and chili oil.
