Ingredienti

60g brown sugar

110g granulated sugar

100g almond milk

75g vegetable oil

230g roasted bananas (4 bananas)

3 tbsp hikari miso

220g all purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

3/4 tsp baking soda

100g dark chocolate 70%

Slice around 4 very ripe bananas length wise and cover with a small cube or two of butter and brown sugar and roast at 180C for 15-20 minutes until bubbling.

Istruzioni

Mix the wet ingredients and mashed banana first then add the dry ingredients and chopped chocolate. Mix to combine. Pour into a lined 8x4 aluminum dish. Bake at 180C for an hour. If you are using fan/convection oven, bake at 160C.
