1 tsp. fresh grated ginger
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
2 limes - juiced
2 tbsp. soy sauce or rice wine vinegar
Pinch of sugar (to taste)
Freshly ground salt and pepper (to taste)
