snickerdoodle cookies

Ingredienti

1/2 C butter (softened

1 C sugar

1 egg

1/2 tsp vanilla

1-1/2 C flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp cream of tartar

2 T sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon

Istruzioni

In mixing bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds. Add about half the flour and rest of ingredients and beat til combined. Add rest of flour and beat some more. Roll in 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture (2T sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon). Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-11 mins at 375 degrees
