Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredienti

1/2 (4-ounce) package of cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup of sour cream

1/3 cup of mayonnaise

1 cup of shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup (for very mild heat. 1/2 cup for medium) of Sweet Baby Ray's Buffalo Wing Sauce or your favorite hot sauce

1/2 tablespoon of dried parsley

1-1/2 cloves of garlic, minced

3/4 teaspoon of onion powder

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of black pepper

1/2 pound of cooked chicken breasts, shredded

1/4 cup of blue cheese crumbles, to top (optional)

Panko breadcrumbs to top it with (optional)

Istruzioni

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Arrange a rack in the center of the oven.

Combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix them together until smooth. Mix in the hot sauce, dried parsley, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix in the grated cheese until completely incorporated.

Mix in the chicken until combined.

Pour the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan, 9-inch square baking dish, three 16-ounce ramekins or another similarly-sized baking dish. Bake on the middle rack for 30 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbling. About 25 minutes for the ramekins.
