Stonefruit Summer Continues with This Peach and Blueberry Cr

Cake:
1½ cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup butter (softened)
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 cup sliced peaches
½ cup blueberries
Crumble:
½ cup flour
⅓ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cold butter (cubed)
Pinch of cinnamon
Istruzioni
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8” pan.
Cream butter + sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream.
Mix dry ingredients, fold into wet.
Pour batter into pan, top with fruit.
Mix crumble ingredients with fingers until crumbly. Sprinkle on top.
Bake 45–50 mins. Cool slightly… then slice into summer.
