"Scrapbook" Coffee Cake

Ingredienti

Topping + cake

2 cups flour

2 cups brown sugar

3/4 cup butter

Cake:

1 egg

1 cup STRONG hot coffee

1 tsp baking soda

2 tsp vanilla

Istruzioni

Mix flour, brown sugar and butter until crumbly, SET ASIDE 1 cup for topping!

And then with remaining mix add egg, hot coffee, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix well.

Pour batter into greased 8x8 baking pan. Sprinkle reserved crumble topping on top of batter.

Bake 350 degrees × 30-45 min.
