Andes mint cake

Ingredienti

Can make just a regular boxed devil's food cake mix and mint frosting.

2 C flour

2 C sugar

3/4 C cocoa pdr

2 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking pdr

2 eggs

1 C milk

1 C oil

1-1/2 tsp vanilla

1 C boiling water

300 degrees for 30-35 mins

Add dry ingredients to mixing bowl. Combine wets, except boiling water and vanilla, and add to dries and mix well. Add vanilla to boiling water and add to batter. Grease two 8-9" round pans and pour batter in (may be too much and can make some muffins). Bake at 300 degrees for 30-35 mins (cupcakes about 18 mins). Remove and let cool 5-10 mins then remove to cooling racks to cool completley.

Frost with mint frosting

Note

I'm sure you can use a regular 9x13 pan. May need to adjust baking time.
