Ingredienti

3 eggs

1 C corn syrup

2/3 C sugar

1/3 C melted butter

1 tsp vanilla

1-1/4 C pecans

Istruzioni

In mixing bowl beat eggs lightly with whisk. Stir in corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla. Stir well. Add pecans. Pour filling into uncooked pastry-lined pie plate. Cover edges of pie with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 mins. Remove foil and bake for 20-25 more mins or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool pie on wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers.
