Salted Caramel Cottage Cheese Ice Cream (Gluten Free)

Ingredienti

1 cup cottage cheese

3 tbsp maple syrup

2 dates

1 pinch sea salt

Istruzioni

Add cottage cheese, maple syrup, sea salt to blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

Add in dates and pulse a few times. (Don't fully blend, you want pieces in the ice cream)

Pour into a medium glass container and place in the freezer for 2-4 hours. Stir halfway through freezing to prevent iciness.

Once set, scoop, serve, and enjoy!
