Japanese Egg Salad Sandwiches

Ingredienti

5 eggs

water for boiling

1/4 cup Japanese mayonnaise

1 tbsp milk

salt and pepper to taste

4 pcs milk bread

Istruzioni

Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. Then soak in ice cold water for about 5 minutes, then peel.

Separate the yolk from the whites.

In a bowl, mash the egg yolks with a fork, then add the Japanese Mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well until creamy.

Chop the egg whites then add and fold to the egg yolk mixture.

This recipe makes 2 sandwiches. Grab a piece of milk bread then spread the egg mixture evenly. Top with another slice of bread, pressing it gently to set. Do this to the other sandwich.

Optionally, trim off the crusts then slice in the middle and serve.
