Pro tip: wash and rinse the cheese to get rid of the coating for a creamier melt

Recipe:

1 large low carb tortilla (I used la banderita tortilla)

1/4 cup (61g) egg whites (I used egg beaters)

salt and pepper

⅓ cup (92g) fat free cheese

3 oz good chicken nuggets

5 tater tots (or more if you want!)

Upute

Air fry or bake nuggets and tater tots according to instructions.

On a pan on high, add egg whites and when they’re almost cooked add salt and pepper.

Add cheese to egg whites and stir until it melts.

Add egg whites, nuggets and tater tots to tortilla and wrap.

Toast on pan on medium to make it crispier.

Enjoy!

Optional LFA sauce: chick-fil-a sauce (1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sf bbq sauce, 2 tbsp mustard, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp lemon juice)

Note: I heard real good changed the formula and the calories are more now so if you use the new version calories may be affected.
