Tomato, Garlic & Basil Chicken With White Cheddar Pasta

1/4 CUP OIL

1/4 CUP WATER

2 TBSP WHITE OR BALSAMIC VINEGAR

2 LBS CHICKEN SHRIMP* OR BEEF

Dijon mustard

Lemon juice

2 LBS CHICKEN,

SHRIMP* OR BEEF

1 Whisk together Mix, oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag.

2 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.

3 Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.

*Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes.

• GRILLING TIP -

Zesty Tomato Marinade: Whisk together Mix, 1/4 cup / gach oil and water, 2 tbsp. French's* Dijon Mustard and I tbsp. lemon juice. Continue as directed,
