High-protein Berry Cheesecake

170g plain Greek yogurt

1 large egg

30g maple syrup

½ tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

40g fresh berries (blueberries or raspberries)

Swapped Greek yogurt for vanilla YoPRO

Swapped maple syrup for 30ml sugar-free maple flavoured syrup

Added 20g custard casein protein vanilla @musclenation

Added 40g light cream cheese

步骤

Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth.

Top with berries.

Pour mixture into a greased ramekin or small baking dish.

Bake for 28-32 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Let cool for 10 minutes, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

Enjoy straight from the ramekin!
