Cinnabon Cinnamon Rolls Copycat Recipe:
Dough:
1 cup warm milk (110°F)
2¼ tsp active dry yeast
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
⅓ cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
4–4½ cups all-purpose flour
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
2½ tbsp cinnamon
⅓ cup softened butter
Frosting:
6 oz cream cheese
¼ cup softened butter
1½ cups powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt

Activate yeast – Mix warm milk and yeast. Let it foam (5–10 minutes).
Make dough – Add sugar, eggs, melted butter, and salt. Add flour gradually. Knead until smooth (5–7 minutes).
Let rise – Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Roll out – Shape into a 16x12-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter, then sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture.
Shape rolls – Roll dough tightly and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased 9x13-inch pan.
Second rise – Cover and let rise for 30–45 minutes until puffy.
Bake – 350°F for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
Frost – Mix frosting ingredients until smooth. Spread over warm rolls.
Pro Tip:
Pour warm heavy cream over the rolls just before baking for an extra gooey center.
