Honey & Lime Chicken Burrito Bowls

Sweet, zesty, and perfectly spiced—these honey & lime chicken burrito bowls feel light, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. Ready in just 20 minutes, they’re ideal for busy weeknights or easy meal prep when you want something healthy without sacrificing flavor 🌯✨

Ingredients (Serves 2)

4 boneless & skinless chicken thighs

Juice 1 lime

2 tsp minced garlic

3 tbsp honey

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp cayenne

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 tsp coriander

Pinch salt & pepper

步骤

Add all the ingredients to a bowl & stir well until all the chicken is fully coated.

Fry off the chicken on a high heat for 5 mins then turn down the heat to medium turn over & cook for another 7 mins until cooked through.

I served mine alongside some rice, salad, guacamole, salsa, sour cream & tortilla chips.
