1½ servings protein powder (whey or beef protein only)

1 cup (114 g) cauliflower rice, frozen

½ cup (118 ml) unsweetened almond milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings

1 serving natural graham crackers

1 tablespoon (15 g) sugar-free chocolate chips

步骤

Blend all ingredients except toppings in a food processor until evenly combined. The texture will be fluffy. This takes a few minutes, but it is well worth it!

Decorate with toppings. Serve.

备注

NOTE If you don't have a food processor, that's okay! You can still make this smoothie in the blender. The consistency won't be as fluffy, but it will still taste amazing. If you're not using a food processor, it doesn't matter what type of protein powder you use.
