Immune Boosting Ginger Turmeric Shot Recipe

3/4 cup fresh turmeric
1 cup fresh ginger
2 granny smith apples
3 oranges
1 large carrots
2 lemons, juiced
1 tbs peppercorns
pinch of sea salt
2 1/2 cups water

Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until the mixture is fine.
Pass the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to strain. Use a spatula to press and push all the extra liquid through.
Store in a mason jar or airtight container in the fridge for 5-7 days.
