Crockpot White Chicken Chili

1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb chicken breasts
1 yellow onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp each salt & pepper
1 can green chilies
1 can white kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
1 cup corn
6 cups chicken broth
1 tbsp lime juice
Avocado
Sour cream
Sliced jalapenos
Cilantro
Lime wedges
Tortilla strips
步骤
Add all ingredients in the order in which they are listed, except for toppings, to the crockpot. Cook on high 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.
When soup is done, remove chicken breasts and shred, then add back to pot.
Serve in large bowls and add toppings of choice. Enjoy!
