2 tsp. Dijon mustard

1/4 tsp. salt

4 cups packed finely chopped curly kale

1 cup shredded green cabbage

1/4 cup chopped Salted Almonds

Mix Ingredients In a large bowl whisk together first five ingredients (through salt). Add the chopped curly kale.

Finish Salad With clean hands, massage the kale until dark green and wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Add shredded cabbage; toss to combine. Sprinkle with toasted almonds.
