½ cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt

1 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (for garnish)
How to Make It

Preheat & Prep:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or air fryer to 375°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper — no mess, no oil splatter.
Mix the Coating:
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. This mix is your flavor-loaded, golden crunch base.
Coat the Shrimp:
