High Protein Meal Prep Creamy Spicy Cajun Chicken Pasta

390 Cals, 39g Protein, 13g Fat, 42g Carbs per meal)

The ingredients used in this is to make one big meal prep to then portion equally into 5 servings for the week !!

600g Raw chicken breast !!

tbsp oregano, tbsp garlic powder, tbsp paprika, 50ml hot sauce & tsp olive oil🫒

Mix together and oven or air fry for 15-20@ 220°C until juicy and tender 😍

then on low to medium heat, add:

30g light butter 🧈

Tbsp garlic 🧄

Chopped onion 🧅

Tbsp tomato paste 🍅

250ml skimmed milk 🥛 ( or milk of choice)

60g low fat cream cheese

Tsp cayenne pepper ( or chilli powder 🌶️) & parsley 🌿

20g Parmesan cheese

600g Cooked pasta 🍝

Stir together until thick and creamy 😍

Finish with leftover sauce from the pan‼️

Add equal portions of spaghetti and chicken to your meal prep containers
