• 680 g chicken breast, sliced • 1 tbsp olive oil • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1½ cups dry high-protein pasta (200 g)
2 cups chicken broth • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped (70 g) • 2 cups fresh spinach • ¾ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (170 g) • ¼ cup grated parmesan (25 g)
