Old Fashioned Chocolate Fudge

配料

2 cups sugar

2/3 cup milk

2 squares chocolate or 1/3 cup cocoa

2 T. light corn syrup

1/4 tsp. salt

2 T. butter

1 tsp. vanilla

1/2 cup nuts

步骤

Boil all except butter, vanilla and nuts, until soft ball stage or 234. Remove from heat, add 1 tsp. vanilla and 2 T. butter. Cool to lukewarm, then beat until glossy. Quickly stir in nuts and pour into a buttered pan.
