10 ounces grape tomatoes, sliced in half

1/2 cup chopped almonds

4 ounces crumbled goat cheese

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon raw honey

1 clove fresh garlic, minced

salt and pepper, to taste

In a separate, small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients until well combined.

Drizzle the salad with the dressing and toss to combine**
