Best Italian Pasta Salad

6 oz Salami (diced)

12 oz Mozzarella (cut into cubes)

16 oz Garden Rotini Pasta

Handful of pepperoncini’s (chopped or sliced)

4 oz pepperoni

1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)

1 Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)

1 Cup Whole Black Olives

10 oz Cherry Tomatoes (halved)

3 Green Onions (chopped)

15 oz Bottle of Bernstein‘s Italian Dressing (1/2 when salad is prepared, 1/2 before serving)

1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 Cup Fresh Basil (chopped)

Salt and pepper

步骤

Cook pasta to al dente according to directions and rinse well under cold water.

Add all chopped vegetables to a large mixing bowl and mix well.

Toss together with the pasta and salad dressing and season to taste.
