WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• 680 g boneless skinless chicken breast, diced • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 packet taco seasoning (25 g) • 1 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed (170 g) • 1 cup frozen corn (160 g) • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (225 g) • ½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar (56 g) • ½ cup chicken broth • Optional toppings: cilantro, green onion

HOW TO MAKE IT:
