here’s whatcha need and whatcha need to do to whip up this spinach artichoke dip:
½ cup @good_culture low-fat cottage cheese
1 cup @siggisdairy 0% greek yogurt
1 can artichokes (14 oz, drained)
2 cups frozen spinach
½ cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup feta, crumbled (plus more for topping)
1 egg
1 tsp ground pepper
1 garlic powder

preheat your oven to 350 F. add the cottage cheese and greek yogurt to a food processor. blend until you get a whipped consistency. add that mixture to a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients. mix well. add to a baking dish (sprayed with avocado oil) and top with more crumbled feta. cover the dish with aluminum foil. bake for 25 minutes. remove the foil and broil for 5 minutes. i served with pita chips and carrot sticks.
