Cottage Cheese Pizza Dip ~ Simple High Protein Snack

24 ounces cottage cheese (I like using full fat)

1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (+ some more for topping)

1/2 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese

1 cup marinara sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

salt & black pepper to taste

8-12 slices uncured pepperoni

Bruschetta crisps, crackers or pepper slices for dipping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor and blend until reaches a smooth & creamy consistency

To a large bowl add blended cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, sauce and spices and mix until well combined

Transfer to a 11×7 casserole dish. Top evenly with a layer or more shredded mozzarella and pepperoni slices

Bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy warm served with Bruschetta crisps, crackers or pepper slices for dipping
