1 cup Wellsley Farms Quinoa

1½ cups cold water or broth if preferred

¼ tsp. salt (optional)

步骤

1. Rinse quinoa. Add cold water and stir.

2. Pour the water out through a fine mesh strainer and repeat.

3. Transfer drained quinoa to the cooking pot, add 1½ cups water (or broth) and ¼ tsp salt if desired.

4. Bring quinoa and water to a boil with the lid on.

5. Turn the heat down to simmer. Cook for 10 - 12 minutes.

6. Remove from heat and allow to sit 5 minutes with the lid on.

7. Fluff quinoa gently with a fork and serve
