Kio’s Cucumber Snack

1 cucumber, peeled and chopped into bite-size pieces
1–2 tsp soy sauce (to taste) (put an ungodly amount of soy sauce for Kio)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp red chili flakes (adjust to spice level)
4 drops sesame oil
1 tsp lemon juice

Thinly chop cucumbers into wedges or slices
Place chopped cucumber in a cup or small bowl.
Add soy sauce, garlic powder, and chili flakes.
Drizzle in sesame oil and lemon juice.
Toss well until cucumbers are evenly coated.
Eat immediately, or chill for 10–15 minutes to let flavors soak in.
备注
Keeps in the fridge for 1–2 days, but best eaten fresh for crunch.
Tastes even better after sitting for 10–15 minutes.
