2 Chicken Breasts
2 Onions
1/2 can of diced tomato
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon seven spices
2 tablespoons cyan pepper
3 tablespoons coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 bay leaf
步骤
Finely chop onions length-wise so that they're in long, thin pieces
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces
Mix ginger and garlic together until they form a paste
Add oil to large pan and heat
Add cumin seed, making sure it's spread out in the pan
After 10 seconds, add the onion
Cook the onions until golden-color
Add diced tomatoes, stirring and crushing the tomato pieces with spoon
Turn off heat and add the rest of the spices + ginger and garlic mixture
Stir around for 2 minutes and turn on the heat again
Add chicken pieces to the pot
Add water until almost everything is covered
Put lid on pot and cook for about an hour, stirring regularly
Serve with rice
