Beef Carpaccio

Beef tenderloin: 14 oz
Salt: To taste
Arugula: 3 oz
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Grana padano cheese: 2.7 oz, shaved
Black pepper: To taste
Olive oil: 4 tbsp
步骤
Cut the beef tenderloin into thin slices and place in between 2 sheets of parchment paper. Pound the beef using a rolling pin. Continue with all of the slices until you’ve reached an even thickness. minimal_rich_text
Arrange the beef slices on a plate and season with the salt. Add the arugula to the top of the beef and pour the lemon juice over the plate. minimal_rich_text
Top with the shavings of Grana Padano cheese black pepper and olive oil drizzled over the ingredients. Serve as a sharing plate. minimal_rich_text
