Creme Brûlée French Toast Bake - 4 Ingredients

6 Brioche Rolls

500ml Fresh Custard (store bought)

110g Butter (softened)

75g light brown sugar

步骤

Slice the brioche rolls into chunks

Mix soft butter and brown sugar together then spread it on each side of the brioche.

On medium heat fry each side of the brioche on a frying pan till caramelised. Then set aside to harden.

Pour the ready made custard into the bottom of an oven proof dish, fill the dish with your brioche chunks then sprinkle with extra brown sugar.

Bake in the oven at 170C for 10minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
