Cooked Sweet Potatoes

3-4 Sweet Potatoes (or yams)

2 tbsp Butter

4 tbsp Brown Sugar

1. Wash, skin, and chop potatoes into ~1-1.5" rounds

2. Cook with butter in microwave for 3-8 minutes or until softened

3. Add brown sugar (either towards end of cook time or at end) and mix well

• May be able to sub in honey for the brown sugar

• Mash without the brown sugar for sweet potato mash
