Three-ingredient High Protein Pistachio Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients • 2 cups cottage cheese • 1 cup shelled pistachio • 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

Instructions

1. Blend ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth,

2. Transter to a storage container and freeze for 4-6 hours until firm.

3. If freezing overnight, remove from the freezer for 30-45 minutes to soften before serving.

Top with crushed pistachios and extra maple syrup.
