Chicken Cutlets

配料

  • 1.5 15oz tubs of Progresso Italian style breadcrumbs

  • 6lb chicken breast

  • 7 large eggs

  • Flour (didn’t use)

  • Lots of oil!

  • Garlic powder

步骤

  1. Butterfly breast once or twice

  2. Sandwich between plastic wrap and tenderize thin with flat side of tenderizer

  3. Flour (Seasoned with salt, garlic powder)

  4. Egg wash (add flower for thicker layer)

  5. Bread crumbs (add garlic powder)

  6. Fry until 165f

备注

Try adding potato starch and pecorino to breadcrumbs

Dad doesn’t use flour!

Only bread cutlets as the pans ready

They freeze incredibly well
