Mama’s Pecan Pie

1 unbaked 9-inch deep pie crust
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp plain flour
1 cup light Karo syrup
2 tbsp margarine, melted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1-1/4 cups chopped pecans
步骤
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix flour with sugar. Mix well.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, syrup, margarine and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans.
Pour into pie crust.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.
