Greek Pita Pizzas

6 mini pitas

6 tablespoons hummus

1 cup diced English cucumber

1 cup cherry tomatoes, (diced)

1/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup kalamata olives

2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

步骤

Brush the tops of the pita bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, oregano and garlic powder. Broil in the oven until golden brown.

In a medium sized bowl combine the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.

Spread a tablespoon of hummus on top of each mini pita. Divide the Greek salad mixture evenly on top of each pita. Top the pizzas with feta cheese and serve.
