Rolled Oats, 3/4 cup, 75g,

Unsweetened Applesauce, 1/4 cup,,

All Purpose Flour, 1/4 cup, 30g,

Egg Whites, 4 egg whites, 120ml,

Almond or Peanut Butter, 2 tosp, 32g,

Baking Powder, 1 tsp, 4g,

Vanilla Protein Powder, 3 scoops, 90g,

Filling Ingredients

Reduced Fat Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup, 60g,

2.1oz (Alternative Vanilla Labneh I made last week)

Plain Non Fat Greek Yogurt or Vanilla YoPro,

1/4 cup, 60g, 2.1oz

Vanilla Protein Powder, 2 scoops, 60g, 2.1oz

Vanilla Extract, splash, 5ml, 0.2 fl oz

步骤

Mix all cookie ingredients until a thick dough forms. Scoop onto a lined tray and bake at 180°C, 355ºF for 5 to 7 minutes until lightly golden. Mix filling ingredients until smooth, spread between cookies and sandwich together.
